About the Program

Our strength training program is designed to develop explosive power, increase athletic performance, and reduce injury risk. Led by certified strength coach Tim Allison, we blend proven methods with intentional coaching in a community that values grit, consistency, and purpose.

Training Schedule

Group sessions run Monday through Friday from 7 PM to 10 PM. Each 1-hour session includes warm-up, training, and recovery. Special youth sessions and one-on-one options are available upon request.

Coach Tim Allison is a national record-holding powerlifter and certified strength & conditioning coach. With a passion for faith, fitness, and family, Tim created PPT to help athletes unlock their God-given potential through hard work, accountability, and intentional coaching.
