PPT Athletic Strength Training is designed for serious athletes who want to build real strength, improve speed, and develop confidence—on and off the field or court. Our sessions combine explosive movement, proper lifting technique, mobility, and recovery strategies to help athletes perform at their best and prevent injuries.
Summer 2025 Training
Enrollment is open now! Space is limited and spots fill fast. We train athletes in small group sessions to ensure individual attention and results.
- Age Group: 10–17 years old
- Schedule: 2 sessions/week (flexible days)
- Location: Local facility (details provided upon sign-up)
Training Schedule
We offer multiple time slots to accommodate your athlete's schedule. Pick any two days per week:
- Monday – Thursday: 6:00 PM – 7:45 PM
- Friday (if needed): Make-up or conditioning sessions
Pricing & Packages

I’m Coach Tim—Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, national record-holding powerlifter, and founder of PPT. I help young athletes train smart, build toughness, and grow in confidence both on and off the field.
